Mexican Corn Bread
Ingredients : 1 1/2 cups cornmeal 1 cup buttermilk 3 eggs well beaten 1 tsp. salt 1 cup cream corn 3 Tbs. cooking oil 2 Tbs. pimento (chopped fine) 2-3 jalapeno peppers (chopped) 1 medium size green bell pepper 2 Tbs. onion (chopped fine) 1 cup grated cheese Directions : 1) Add ingredients together - add beaten eggs last. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 mins. Bon Appétit!
