Crock Pot Crack Chicken

Ingredients:

3 boneless chicken breasts
2 blocks of cream cheese (I sub 1 block for 1 tub of jalapeno cream cheese)
2 packets of dry ranch
8 oz bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled

Directions:
1) In a slow cooker, combine chicken, cream cheese, and ranch. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or for 4 hours on high - until the chicken shreds easily.
2) Shred all chicken with a fork and then mix all ingredients. Add in bacon and stir.
3) Serve alone, with crackers, or on a hamburger bun.
