Gnocchi Soup

 Ingredients:

2 packs of gnocchi
1 cup bacon bits
2 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of red pepper flakes
2 cups chopped mushrooms
1 box chicken broth
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup grated parmesan 

Directions:
1) Cook gnocchi in boiling water according to packaging. Drain and set aside. 
2) Over medium heat, add butter to a skillet. Sautée mushrooms and then add seasonings, bacon bits, and cooked gnocchi. Gently sizzle them for 5 minutes.
3) Add in broth, cream, and 1/2 cup of parmesan. Bring to gentle boil for 3 minutes.
4) Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan and bacon bits on top.
