Sloppy Joe Cups
Sloppy Joe Cups were always a crowd pleaser when I'd cook at JA's dorm! All the guys would come back for more! These are quick, easy, and everyone always seems to love them!
Ingredients:
1 pound of ground chuck beef
1/2 cup of chopped yellow onion
1 can (15oz) Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce
1 package (12oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
2/3 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack blend
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 400℉. Heat large skillet. Cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink. Drain the meat. Replace meat back into pan and pour Sloppy Joe Sauce over it. Cook 1 more minute, stirring the sauce into the meat.
2) Meanwhile, spray Pam into a muffin pan and press biscuits into the cups. Fill 1/4 of each cup with meat mixture.
3) Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven.
4) Sprinkle cheese on top. Let cheese soften. Carefully remove from the pan and serve.
Bon Appétit!
