Mom's Peanut Butter Fudge

 Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
1 cup creamy peanut butter (crunchy PB can also be used)
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
1) Combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a large, heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
2) Stir in vanilla.
3) Add peanut butter and marshmallow creme, stirring until smooth and creamy. 
4) Pour into buttered 9x13 inch pan.
5) Cool completely.

Refrigerate any leftovers to keep fo a long time!
