Guaca-Pasta
Ingredients:
1 serving cooked Penne pasta
1 baked chicken tenderloin
1 mashed avocado
Hefty dash of lemon juice
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of paprika
Dash of sea salt
Dash of pepper
Fresh cilantro

Directions:
1) Mix the mashed avocado with garlic powder, paprika, sea salt, and pepper.
2) Stir the avocado mixture into the Penne pasta.
3) Chop the chicken tenderloin and stir into the avocado-pasta mixture.
4) Add seasonings to taste and top with fresh cilantro.
